Privacy Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

DIT Capital Advisors (“DIT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and in connection with our services, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have. DIT is a commercial financing broker, not a lender: we introduce business borrowers to unaffiliated third-party lenders and capital providers, which make all lending decisions. Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to consumers seeking personal, family, or household credit. By using this website you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use.

Information we collect

Contact details you provide, such as your name, title, phone number, email address, company name, and business address.

Details about your financing needs, such as what the funds are for and the approximate amount, the type of property or business involved, and other information you choose to provide about your business and its principals, such as business type, time in business, revenue range, and ownership.

Basic technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the site through cookies, log files, and similar technologies.

Records of your communications with us, including emails, text messages, and form submissions and, where permitted by law and with any required notice, call recordings.

Information from lenders and other third parties relating to your request, such as the status of a submission.

We do not ask for Social Security numbers, driver’s license or other government identification numbers, financial account or card numbers, bank statements or tax returns through this website. Please do not submit them here. If such information is needed to evaluate a financing request, we or the lender will request it separately through a means we identify to you at that time. This website is not directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

How we use your information

To review your request and contact you about financing options by phone, text message or email and to identify lenders and capital providers that may be suited to your request.

To share your request with banks, lenders and capital providers that DIT identifies as potentially suited to it, in order to explore financing options for your business and with the authorization you give by submitting your request. Those recipients are independent of DIT and will use your information under their own privacy policies, and DIT is not responsible for their practices.

To operate, secure and improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with (1) lending partners and capital providers to which you ask or authorize us to submit your request; (2) service providers who help us operate our business (such as website hosting, analytics, communications, customer-relationship, and document-management providers) that are obligated to protect the information; (3) professional advisors, insurers, and auditors; (4) a successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; or (5) when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of DIT, our customers, or others. We may also share de-identified or aggregated information that does not identify you. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Calls and text messages

We use the contact details you provide for personal follow-up about your financing request by telephone, text message, or email, subject to applicable law. DIT does not use automated marketing calls or texts for these inquiries. Submitting a form or reading this Privacy Policy does not provide consent to automated or promotional calls or texts. You may ask us to stop contacting you through any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text message, emailing dijon@ditcapitaladvisors.com, or calling (516) 647-7829. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your information, we will provide notice as required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing dijon@ditcapitaladvisors.com or calling (516) 647-7829. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may decline or limit a request where permitted by law, for example where we must retain information to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes. Lenders and other third parties that received your information keep their own records, and you must contact them directly about those records.

State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, and to the extent a state privacy law (such as the New Jersey Data Privacy Act or the California Consumer Privacy Act) applies to our processing, you may have additional rights, such as to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling, and to appeal a denial of your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, contact us as described below. Some information we handle in connection with financing for a business may be exempt from some of these laws.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site currently uses only essential cookies and similar technologies, such as the login session for the client portal. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If DIT later adds other cookies or comparable tools, such as traffic measurement or advertising, the categories, vendors, retention periods and available choices will be updated here to reflect the technologies actually used. Where legally required, DIT will provide appropriate notices and consent or opt-out mechanisms. Browser settings may allow some cookie controls.

Third-party websites

The website may link to websites operated by lenders and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Their policies govern your use of them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date and will give any additional notice required by law. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept it.
